Machined from billet 6061 aluminum with square surfaces, promoting excellent umbrella valve sealing, longer main breather exit nipples with dual O-rings to promote better breather system sealing. Properly sized breather inlets and location for optimum engine breathing. Unique design maximizes breather volume and allows for easy servicing. Breather bodies have five drain ports located on the inside floor, they are chamfered on inner diameter to allow easy drainage yet squared off on exits to prevent filling from splash oil.

3088 (Feuling Vented Dipstick)

Billet dipsticks vent/breathe excessive crank case pressure from the oil tank through a PCV style breather, consisting of an oil separator system, perforated disc, replaceable filter element and umbrella flapper valve. Screws into the factory oil fill spout as a stock replacement part. Blowby is pressure that is forced past the rings and cylinders, pushed into the crankcase and then forced into the oil tank. Fueling test results show a decrease in engine oil sump levels, more freely/smoothe revving engine and increased MPG and decreased blowby. Removes unwanted build-up of blow by pressure in the oil tank. There are two ways to read the oil level with this dipstick, with the bike on the jiffy stand (FHS) Full Hot Stand or the bike upright and level (FHU) Full Hot Upright. Includes 2 different venting style options for installing the dipstick: option 1 - 1/8 NPT breather vent fitting with internal porous filter element, option 2 - quick disconnect coupler fitting with rubber hose and filter element. It is important to get the correct hot oil level in your bike. Feuling recommends running the oil level 90%-99% full when hot. The oil pick up port is on the right side of the engine. Letting the bike idle or warm up on the kickstand will naturally fill the engine case and skew the oil level in the tank. Made in the USA. Fits 17-24 Touring.

Separate scavenge sections for flywheel cavity and cam chest scavenge each area more efficiently with no interference. Gerotors are designed to tolerate more pinion shaft runout without damage. Cam chest pic up features a magnetic trap to protect scavenge rotors from metal debris. Both scavenge rotors are protected from debris, the most common cause of stock oil pump failure. Passage plugs are removable for service. Bronze pinion shaft bushing in all models and bronze cam bushings in 07-15 style can be replaced. Adjustable oil pressure regulator - adjust without removing plate from engine. 99-06 cam support plate is designed to use late style hydraulic cam chain tensioners because stock. spring-loaded tensioners used in 99-06 models don't adequately control the valve train at high rpm, especially with higher lift cams or performance valve springs. Increase oil pressure, oil volume, engine oil flow and return oil scavenging. Quieter and smoother engine operation. Engine temperatures run 15°-25° cooler. Oil temperatures run 15°-30° cooler. 10-30 lbs more psi of oil pressure. Reduces wet sumping, blow by and oily air cleaners. Test results show 2 horsepower gain and 2 ft/lbs of torque gain to the rear wheel on M-Eight. Includes a billet 7075 hard anodized oil pump which is 50% harder and stronger than the factory pump holding tighter tolerances under temperature (Race Series® M-Eight oil pumps have deeper scavenge kidneys when compared to the HP+ kidneys for increased scavenge volume). Includes FEULING® High Flow billet camplate made from 7075 aluminum; which is 50% harder and stronger than the factory or FEULING® OE+ camplates. Increases oil flow and volume by enlarging the oil pump reservoirs and critical oil passages, including matching the oil portholes throughout the camplate to the portholes in the engine case, which increases engine oil flow to the lifters, piston cooling jets, crankshaft and rod bearings. Oil pumps are bench-tested; the relief valve is seated and sealed to a minimum of 30 psi with full pop-off at 55-60 psi. Increased oil volume from the larger gears and properly sized passages along with the pressure relief valve seat and seal from these oil pumps is essential for proper oiling system function. Fits M8 oil cooled models. FEULING® oil pump and camplate combination eliminates common pressure and scavenge issues associated with the factory oiling systems. FEULING® M-Eight oil pumps have the groove machined on the back cover to accept the factory crank bearing seal. Made in the USA. Fits M8 oil cooled models.
